Meta in a blog post said that it has started testing the live chat help for few English-speaking users globally. Meta claimed that it will also help creators who have been locked out of their accounts and even those who doesn’t have an assigned relationship manager. “This first test focuses on those who cannot access their accounts due to unusual activity or whose accounts have been suspended due to a violation of Community Standards”, it added.
